English

1. The service

Yeşil Radyo plays internet radio streams provided by third-party station owners through the open radio-browser.info directory. The app is independent and not affiliated with any station. Availability, content and sound quality of a stream are controlled by its owner and may change or stop at any time.

2. Free version and Yeşil Radyo Pro

The app is free and shows ads. Yeşil Radyo Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that removes ads. Plans: monthly and yearly. New subscribers may be offered a free trial on the monthly plan; the trial length is shown in the app before you subscribe.

3. Billing, renewal and cancellation

Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase (after the free trial, if any). The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the price shown unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. If a free trial is offered, it turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then. Manage or cancel anytime in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies. Prices may include taxes and vary by country.

4. Acceptable use

Use the app for personal, lawful listening. Do not attempt to copy, reverse engineer or misuse the app or the services it connects to.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for the content broadcast by stations. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Questions or removal requests for a station: zaferyesl@gmail.com. Privacy: see the Yeşil Radyo Privacy Policy.

Türkçe

1. Hizmet
